School’s Cool is a learning readiness course which engages children ages 3 to 5, who will be entering Kindergarten in September, and their parents in the joy and excitement of learning.

School’s Cool promotes the following skills:  social, language, self-help and reasoning.

The course is 72 hours (24 sessions) in length and can be delivered in a variety of ways, most commonly four half-days per week for six weeks.

School’s Cool introduces children to a rich variety of new and exciting experiences, and helps them develop the skills they need to succeed in school.

The Course is also complimented by 2 parent sessions, designed to assist parents to understand and build on their child’s  learning experiences, and to value their role as their child’s primary educator.

School’s Cool is an outcome-based course!  The Curriculum was specifically designed to produce measurable outcomes.

The Course has proven effectiveness in increasing language, reasoning, social and self-help skills in children.  Each of the Course’s 24 sessions has set activities designed in a specific format which encourages and sustains these skills.  Each activity is divided into four developmental levels, to suit ages 3, 4, 5 and 5+.

School's Cool Instructors are trained to focus on children's strengths and competencies, and to cultivate an eagerness to learn in those children taking the School's Cool Course.
