Muskoka Family Focus School Aged Programs
  That challenging time between when school ends and when parents finish work is the time we cover at our after school programs. Children from JK to aged 12 enjoy high quality care that is fun, stimulating, flexible and friendly.

Our After School Programs offer a safe place for children with a flexible schedule and structure. Included in the program are age appropriate activities, a nutritious snack, indoor and outdoor play, and other activities. Children can choose to take part in a group activity and then work on their homework or play a board game. Muskoka Family Focus and Children's Place offers after School Care at:

  • Riverside Public School, Huntsville
  • Spruce Glen Public School, Huntsville
  • Pine Glen Public School, Huntsville
    ** before and after school care available

    These programs are licensed by the Ministry of Community and Social Services and regulated by the Day Nurseries Act. Qualified ECE facilitators are First Aid and CPR certified.

    SCHOOL'S COOL is a learning readiness program for children aged three to five years. It will be running in locations across Muskoka this summer. Prepare your child for kindergarten by taking this course. Children will:

  • Develop self-help skills
  • Have language & reasoning skills needed for kindergarten
  • Gain self-confidence and excitement about learning
  • Meet some of their future classmates
  • Become familiar with the kindergarten setting

    School's Cool is operated with the support of Ontario Early Years.
